Project Management:

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for technical accuracy.
Conduct site observations and participate in commissioning activities.
Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices.

Mentorship & Growth:

Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineering staff.
Support business development and client engagement.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
