Senior Full-Stack Engineer-AI Incubator Team (F/M/X)

Build & Ship Greenfield Products: Take ownership of new product development from concept to production. Architect and implement full-stack features using Next.js, delivering both frontend experiences and robust backend services. Deploy and maintain systems on Vercel/AWS, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.

Backend Engineering Excellence: Design and build scalable APIs with proper service architecture. Optimize for serverless constraints—implementing background job processing, caching strategies. Work with PostgreSQL and ORMs, writing efficient queries and understanding when to use transactions.

Collaborate & Iterate: Partner closely with product, design, and growth to rapidly test hypotheses and ship improvements. Integrate AI-powered capabilities where they create tangible user and platform value. Connect technical decisions directly to business outcomes and MRR goals.
