Senior Backend Engineer (Trading Infrastructure)

About the role:

• As a Backend Engineer on the market making team, you'll build and scale infrastructure for real-time trading systems.
• You'll work with Rust and Go, owning production risk and integrating with on-chain and traditional venues.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement low-latency backend systems for quoting, hedging, and execution.
• Collaborate with the trading team to define interfaces and workflows.
• Build reconciliation and data-integrity tooling for consistent live trading state.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with strong programming in Go or Rust.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and latency-sensitive services.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and interest in Web3/DeFi or trading systems.
