Job Description
Dispute Resolution:
- Take the lead in managing complex transaction disputes, handling everything from initial investigation to the final decision.
- Communicate with both customers and merchants to provide updates on cases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of chargebacks, including filing documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring reconciliation while adhering to compliance protocols like Regulation E, NACHA rules, and Visa Operating Regulations.
Fraud Prevention:
- Analyze data to spot patterns indicative of emerging merchant and fraud trends.
- Report findings and recommendations directly to leadership.
- Collaborate with Risk Analysts to enhance existing controls, specifically focusing on BIN blocks and merchant analysis to reduce financial losses.
