Job Description
Be a champion for Instructure’s internal and external research and evaluation work. Support data quality assurance efforts. Analyze education data, infer results, and generate reports for non-technical and technical audiences using advanced quantitative analyses (e.g., logistic regression, multilevel modeling, propensity score matching, structural equation modeling). Support item response theory analyses and predictive validity studies for our assessment solutions. Develop program logic models/theories of change and perform literature reviews. Communicate about educational research and evaluation designs, study status, and results using non-technical language. Own and manage deliverables that progress product evaluations, research projects and company goals. Organize, document, and communicate planned work with the Associate Director of Research, Senior Researchers and your teammates. Work with Researchers, Product Managers, Designers, Marketers, and Engineers to execute planned work in alignment with our roadmap
