Finance Manager - FP&A

Lyra Health is looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team. This role reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and will be responsible for integration & strategic initiatives. This position will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support and drive business performance of a newly acquired entity. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment, identify and track synergies, and drive cost optimization and revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed financial models, forecasts and synergy targets. You will facilitate strategic decision-making by providing rigorous financial analyses and creating financial processes, particularly around resource allocation and investment. You will also lead monthly financial reporting process for acquired entities, including variance analysis and management reporting, providing insights into performance drivers.
