Job Description
The mission of Tala’s Insights team is to drive a collaborative process to generate trustworthy insights that lead to empathy-fueled action. As a UX researcher in Mexico, you will support and execute user research studies and consumer research, assisting in the analysis of collected data to generate insights that inform product decisions. You will assist in end-to-end mixed method research activities by helping to prepare materials, recruit participants, execute research protocols, and document findings.
Additionally, this role contributes to defining research questions and selecting appropriate data collection methods, ensuring research deliverables provide value to stakeholders and meet established project timelines. You will help synthesize research findings to identify key customer pain points and opportunities to improve the customer experience, then work with the team to communicate these priorities to the business. Partner and collaborate closely with UX designers and product managers to understand their research needs and contribute to both current product improvements and innovation opportunities.
