Deployment Strategist

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead on-site discovery and operational workflow mapping to translate UNO/TNO SOPs into engineering briefs.
• Identify high-value opportunities for Generative AI and low-code/no-code dashboards to streamline operational planning.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to coordinate data modeling and deployment of scalable architectures.

What You Have Done:

• Applied systems engineering or technical coordination to map requirements into agile product development.
• Hands-on experience with network management, tactical communication frameworks, and C2 interoperability tools.
• Proven track record authoring technical documentation and configuration guides for novice operators.

Even Better:

• Advanced AI skills including agentic workflows, RAG, and vector databases in air-gapped environments.
• Prior military service as a senior NCO, Warrant Officer, or Commissioned Officer in a technical leadership role.
• Familiarity with tactical network planning tools and cryptographic key management.
