Head of Agent Architecture - EMEA - Remote

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic architecture: define technical vision and roadmap for agent logic, tool-calling, and evaluation loops, gaining leadership buy-in.
• Build and mentor a team of Agent Architects, setting technical bar and running development conversations.
• Own reusable agents and prompt libraries to serve 1,000+ brands simultaneously, balancing build-once vs. bespoke solutions.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of direct GenAI experience with 2+ years leading people or a function, including fluency with LLMs and multimodal models.
• Systems thinking: comfortable with latent space, context windows, and multi-agent workflows, able to teach that thinking.
• Technical literacy in Python, JSON, and API documentation; client-facing problem decomposition and plain-language communication skills.
