Head of Vendor Management

This role will build and lead the vendor management function, owning commercial relationships with key external technology and service providers for customer-facing teams to maximize value, efficiency, and innovation from the vendor ecosystem. The Head of Vendor Management will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for all key vendors, especially across sales, customer care, and moderation tooling, and drive accountability, performance, and innovation from each partnership. By creating a centralized, accountable, and strategic vendor management function, this role will reduce inefficiencies, unlock better vendor value, improve internal tooling adoption, and support long-term scalability. This position will be a critical enabler of operational excellence and business transformation.
