Job Description
As Head of Marketing for Legend Sports, you’ll own the strategy and execution that drives brand growth, customer engagement, and long-term value. You’ll lead across CRM, community, paid media, partnerships, go-to-market campaigns, and brand initiatives—while ensuring performance is data-driven and aligned with Pillar and Brand objectives. Working closely with agencies and cross-functional teams, you’ll optimize acquisition funnels, onsite merchandising, and marketing ROI. As a leader, you’ll manage budgets, performance reporting, and a high-performing team, representing Marketing at the Sports leadership table and to global stakeholders.
Deliver performance across paid media, CRM, and acquisition funnels, aligning campaigns with Brand and Pillar goals. Drive membership and community growth with strategies that increase sign-ups, engagement, and lifetime value. Lead go-to-market and multi-channel campaign planning to support brand visibility and conversion. Develop and optimize partnership marketing strategies, working with Commercial, Product, and Content teams to drive revenue. Strengthen brand presence through awareness, thought leadership, and improved onsite engagement. Manage budgets, reporting, and performance tracking to maximize marketing ROI. Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while representing Marketing in leadership forums.
