Project Leadership:

• Lead the discovery phase to define a standardized global methodology for measuring unique reach.
• Design an interpretation layer to normalize data, addressing deduplication and inconsistent platform definitions.

Technical Design & Framework:

• Develop a hybrid data ingestion framework combining automated API integrations and manual inputs.
• Establish data schemas, validation rules, and regional conversion logic for diverse markets.
• Architect scalable approaches for incorporating non-digital channels like TV and radio.

Collaboration & Implementation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to balance methodological rigor with practical feasibility.
• Provide guidance on system architecture and support or lead the implementation of the dashboard system.
