Job Description
Review submitted items for compliance with client requirements and work closely with the team to complete review and recommend client action using established protocols and templates. Review PA/PSI against benchmarks for formatting, completeness, calculation formula correctness and accuracy, cost compliance, terms and conditions, allowable costs, overhead and profit mark-ups. Review supplemental invoice reporting – for example, certified payroll, Federal programs compliance like Davis Bacon Act or Build America Buy America. You'll review and analyze cost and substantiating back-up. You'll perform financial analysis work, which may include budgeting, accounting, and financing skillsets. You'll assist with developing funding scenarios for program and project level costs that may include various funding sources. Assist in oversight of project budget development, usage, and requirements of any associated grant funding components.
