Job Description
This role involves translating business requirements, research findings, and ideas into Veeam’s customers' interaction experience for web-based products and user services. You will address UI design challenges and continually refine solutions using both qualitative and quantitative insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UI/UX design, analytical skills, and experience participating in web frontend development. You'll work with Veeam's cross-functional development teams to ensure design decisions meet business goals and user needs while adhering to the company's brand and design system. Your tasks will include ownership of the design process, creating wireframes and prototypes, enhancing the design system, and ensuring accessibility standards are met.
