Job Description
This Senior Manager, Product Development - Fans role will lead and direct product category initiatives related to fans! This position will direct and influence the fans entire product line lifecycle from ideation to market launch. The Senior Manager will be grounded in deep industry knowledge, product insights, and market understanding. The position directs product portfolio management, integrated marketing planning, and pricing management, developing, and commercializing new product development pipeline, and driving P&L results.
Reporting to the Director of Our Brand Product Development and Design you will collaborate on transformative leadership to the product development team and foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative thinking and the exploration of new technologies.
