Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute strategic communications campaigns to promote telehealth and digital health initiatives for the Veterans Health Administration.
  • Develop executive-level briefings, outreach materials, and coordinate stakeholder events like workshops and national rollouts.
  • Oversee messaging consistency, branding, and content across channels to support change management and user adoption.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in strategic communications, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement, preferably supporting federal programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop integrated communications strategies and create materials for complex federal health initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, particularly in telehealth or digital health initiatives.
  • Experience leading communications for enterprise-wide technology deployments or change management.
  • Advanced experience producing executive communications for senior government leadership and managing high-visibility events.
