Role Overview:
- Serve as a strategic partner for executive hiring, driving full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership positions in a high-growth insurance brokerage.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline through proactive networking, market research, and passive candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with senior executives to understand hiring needs and design tailored search strategies, managing all stages from requisition to offer.
- Ensure a white-glove candidate experience and facilitate interview processes, including stakeholder alignment and competency evaluation.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance the employer brand and refine executive hiring tools and methodologies.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Requires 10+ years in talent acquisition with 7+ years focused on executive search, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Must have exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with experience in high-growth or multi-site organizational dynamics.
- Operates in a fully remote capacity within the U.S., supporting a collaborative and result-oriented company culture.
