  • Build reusable templates, blocks, and components
  • Create targeted segments and data queries

Quality & Best Practices:

  • Maintain strong QA standards and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure campaigns meet accessibility, compliance, and performance best practices
  • Monitor deliverability and automation-related technical issues

Collaboration & Orchestration:

  • Build and update automated and transactional message flows
  • Partner with creative teams, brand managers, and stakeholders
  • Manage workflow visibility, expectations, and SLAs
