Proficient in written and verbal English with the charisma and influence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach. Lead proactively and by challenging others, and have a track record of making projects and organizations better beyond just doing the basics. The role involves owning project plans, ensuring teams focus on the plan, providing simple, actionable reports, developing scalable best practices, and maximizing team development.
