Guide customers with Business Partners, to deploy Anaplan solutions efficiently and effectively. Proficient in the Anaplan Way implementation methodology, ensuring project teams build powerful, easy-to-use models within agreed timelines, empowering customers to be self-sufficient. Responsible for the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of strategic Anaplan solution implementations, acting as the primary point of contact, providing transparency to leadership teams. Lead customer-facing meetings, manage projects with client PMs, act as a liaison, and identify resource needs. Monitor project timelines, manage risks, report on budget and project status, & maintains customer focus.
