Senior Context Engineer for AI Systems

As a Senior Context Engineer for AI Systems, you'll be responsible for architecting and optimizing how MagicSchool's AI agents reason, remember, and operate within complex educational workflows. You will design context management systems, implement the technical foundation of how AI agents manage their "mental workspace", and ensure our agentic capabilities remain accurate and focused in classroom scenarios.

Responsibilities include context system implementation, dynamic information retrieval, tooling & integration implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and technical leadership. You will also partner with Product to translate educational workflows into optimal context configurations and collaborate with evaluations researchers and platform engineers. You will share context engineering insights with the team and contribute to engineering discussions.
