Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer (Ops Excellence)

Seeking an accomplished Senior Staff Engineer to build the tools used by our operations team to deliver home care. As a versatile and skilled full-stack engineer, your primary focus will be leading work on our React-based frontend, leveraging your broader full-stack skills to drive projects from start to finish. This includes UI design, backend architecture, and using AWS for features like real-time data, event systems, or AI/LLM work. Our frontend codebase is complex and mature. You’ll make smart, step-by-step improvements to evolve it sustainably. You will lead and architect React-based frontend features, ensuring clean backend integration, alignment with architectural goals, and helping to shape the future of our operations tooling. Drive full-stack technical projects independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous operational problems into concrete technical plans spanning UI, backend, and infrastructure.
