Job Description
The Sales Support Associate will manage complex customer situations, responding promptly and effectively to resolve inquiries and issues. The associate will receive and process orders for vascular access products and services via phone, email, and electronic systems, and enter and update orders and account information with accuracy and urgency. Collaboration with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, and marketing) is a key part of ensuring seamless service and support. Other responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date customer account information, addressing customer complaints or concerns, and supporting hospitals and sales representatives with account set-up.
