Head of Product

Product Vision & Leadership:

• Set the full product roadmap aligned with GTM and founding team.
• Develop the framework for justifying roadmap priorities and measuring success.
• Establish scalable product processes as the first product hire.

Customer Discovery:

• Run weekly conversations with security practitioners at customers and prospects.
• Aggregate feedback from support tickets, implementation calls, and embedded reviews.
• Turn fieldwork into crisp product specs backed by customer input.

Engineering Partnership:

• Write specs that engineers want to read with enough technical fluency.
• Close the loop on what shipped and use insights to evolve product and engineering.
• Communicate at the right level, from vibe-coded prototypes to detailed requirements.

GTM Partnership:

• Own the feedback loop between field conversations and the product roadmap.
• Partner with marketing on positioning and messaging with product depth.
• Support launch strategy and develop training materials to keep the GTM team current.
