IG Data Management Analyst

Role Purpose:

• The Analyst performs day-to-day electronic data migration and information governance support for a client-dedicated team.
• Works closely with client Information Governance leadership to export content from iManage and prepare data for import into Harvey.
• Provides Level 1 response for IG-related technology requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute approved data migration activities, including iManage exports and validation steps.
• Support Harvey, Microsoft Copilot, and responsible AI initiatives within governance standards.
• Serve as initial point of contact for IG technology requests, troubleshooting and escalating as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with experience in data processing, records management, or technical support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn iManage, Harvey, and ticketing systems.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
