About the Role:
- Manage the overall setup program for clients, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process to gather and transition data.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during transition, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers globally by assisting with data conversion and implementation.
- Provide guidance on best practices and coordinate with trainers for pre- and post-live support.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the process.
