About the Role:
- Own the implementation process from post-sale handoff through go-live to ensure customer success.
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously and coordinate with internal teams.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage implementation plans, milestones, and timelines.
- Guide customers through platform configuration and data migration.
- Deliver training and ensure go-live readiness.
What Success Looks Like:
- Customers launch on time with minimal disruption.
- Implementation timelines and responsibilities are clearly communicated.
- Post-launch support issues due to incomplete setup are reduced.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4+ years of SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success experience.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with complex software.
- Ability to communicate effectively and troubleshoot with technical teams.
