Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, you will be the engine that keeps syd life AI running smoothly across functions. You’ll work closely with the CEO, product, commercial growth, and tech teams to translate strategy into execution — setting up systems, removing friction, and ensuring we operate like a high-performance machine. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, solves problems before they’re problems, and is hands-on. Design, implement, and optimise internal processes across teams. Manage key projects end-to-end. Support international rollouts, pilots, and launches. Manage and improve our OKR system. Set up and maintain tracking systems. Plan and run our quarterly offsites. Support hiring, onboarding, and team operations. Assist the CEO in executing strategic projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and collaborators.
