Senior Product Designer - LATAM

Shape the future of our platform’s user experience and interface as a Senior Product Designer. Play a key role in turning complex ideas into intuitive, beautiful designs that help our users achieve more. This role blends creativity, strategy, and collaboration, translating user insights and business goals into products that are functional, cohesive, and visually engaging. Lead end-to-end design for key product features, from concept through to execution and delivery. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs. Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
