Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage and mentor a team of people managers and experts across Credit Risk and Non-Credit Financial Risk.
  • Foster a culture of rigorous analysis, ownership, and continuous improvement within the financial risk function.

Financial Risk Governance and Oversight:

  • Provide 'effective challenge' on decisions impacting financial risk, such as model development and new product initiatives.
  • Lead governance for financial risk policies and oversee the frameworks for assessing and monitoring the company's risk appetite.

Financial Risk Strategy and Analytics:

  • Oversee delinquency and loss forecasting, IFRS 9 provisioning, and comprehensive stress testing for financial risks.
  • Drive portfolio risk monitoring and insight generation, and act as the primary steward for Financial Risk data quality and integrity.
