Supervisor of Credentialing

Responsibilities:

• Lead a credentialing operation to maintain compliant operations and turnaround times.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, training, and coaching to Credentialing Specialists.
• Work with internal departments to identify best practices and improve quality performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• CPCS Certification is required, may be obtained within 6 months of accepting position.
• 3+ years of credentialing experience in a managed care setting.
