Job Description
Samsara's Quality Automation and Engineering (QAE) team uses test engineering, automation and data analysis skills to drive product quality so that our customers can realize the full benefits of our platform. To further the goal of quality we are seeking to invest in automation and strengthen our frameworks to further our goal of mobile and web automation. As a Senior Mobile Automation Engineer , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and stability of our iOS and Android applications. You’ll help design and build scalable test automation frameworks, improve test coverage, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive high-quality releases.
You have 5+ years of test automation experience , with at least 3+ years focused specifically on mobile platforms (iOS and/or Android). You’ve worked with tools like Appium , Detox , Espresso , or XCUITest , and you're comfortable writing tests using Java , Kotlin , Swift , JavaScript , or Python . You understand mobile app architecture and debugging, and can troubleshoot UI, performance, and device-related test failures efficiently.
