Senior Associate - RTSM Technical Operations

The Veeva RTSM team is expanding and is looking for a Technical Operations associate to help scale its world-class IRT/RTSM system. This individual will focus on Systems Administration, Development Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, and Release Management. We are looking for individuals who thrive on solving complex problems, working together as a team, sharing knowledge, and who enjoy implementing creative solutions to address business needs. Drive the execution and delivery within the team with a focus on quality. Lead key architecture initiatives including migrating RTSM Windows infrastructure to AWS. Iteratively define and refine operational processes and best practices as team grows. Be a trusted partner for senior management to determine the best solutions, help drive alignment and implement decisions throughout the team Help the team perform root cause analysis for complex failures and offer modern solutions. Identify and manage technical risks preventing them from becoming issues.
