About the role:
- You'll be the first marketing hire, building the paid acquisition function from scratch.
- You'll work directly with founders, shaping growth and making real impact.

What you'd own:
- Paid UA from zero: channel selection, media plan, test structure, budget logic.
- Finding what works across geo, channel, creative, and audience.
- MMP setup, attribution, cohorts, CAC/ROAS/LTV analysis.
