Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

• Lead full stack architecture and system design, proactively proposing and driving new systems for critical customer-facing features.
• Take point on initiatives, owning the backend roadmap, driving technical decisions, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end execution across frontend and backend, from shaping technical approach to delivering stable, performant, well-tested features.
• Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and cost, treating production health as a first-class priority.
• Serve as the team's technical anchor: set engineering standards, lead design reviews, and unblock teammates.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with deep backend/distributed systems expertise and practical experience building high-traffic web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Python, Ruby, and frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Proven track record leading a team to execute and ship features, with a proactive ownership mentality and comfort navigating ambiguity.
