Responsibilities:

  • Build the FP&A function from scratch, owning the design of planning cadence, reporting architecture, and operating rhythm.
  • Implement a modern FP&A platform end-to-end, including vendor selection, data model design, integrations, and rollout.
  • Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning as a continuous, driver-based forecasting capability.

Technical & Analytical:

  • Build and maintain financial models that drive executive decisions on pricing, headcount, and capital allocation.
  • Design the FP&A data layer, pulling directly from the warehouse with SQL and building automated reporting pipelines.
  • Own scenario planning as a continuous capability, running one-click shocks across pricing, demand, and headcount.

Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering leaders on unit economics, capacity planning, and trade-offs.
  • Embed AI agents across the workflow for automated variance detection, anomaly monitoring, and narrative generation.
  • Translate financial complexity into clear executive narratives for board-level reporting and investor materials.
