Staff Engineer - Online booking

The Online Booking domain powers over 20 million patient–doctor appointments each month and covers everything from healthcare offer configuration and provider availability management to patient-facing booking flows. As a Staff Engineer, you’ll dive deep into our legacy monolith, experiment, and lead the journey of decomposing it into smaller components. You’ll lead technical initiatives, take ownership of the monolith decomposition, partner with EMs and engineers to set technical direction, and define technical metrics. You'll also mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. A solid technical background, experience with legacy environments, and strong communication skills are crucial for this role.
