SRE Expert (SME)

You own the north-south fabric:

• Design and operate EVPN-VxLAN data center fabrics for multi-tenant network isolation and workload mobility.
• Manage multi-site DCI overlay/underlay connecting 4 US DCs with consistent L2/L3 services.
• Handle BGP (eBGP/iBGP), OSPF, ECMP load balancing, and VxLAN across spine-leaf architectures.

Feed the AIOps substrate:

• Ensure every route policy, ACL, VRF, and peering session lives as code in the platform's config-management substrate.
• Enable every BGP flap and DCI degradation to feed the network-stability predictor.
• Automate routine changes into workflows the remediation actuator can execute under maintenance windows.

What you'll own:

• IP transit, peering relationships, and internet edge infrastructure.
• WAN/IP backbone connecting US DCs to APAC and Iceland sites.
• Network health, capacity, and SLA monitoring across all sites.

Job requirements:

• 5+ years in data center network engineering with hands-on EVPN-VxLAN deployment experience.
• Strong BGP expertise including eBGP/iBGP, route policies, communities, and traffic engineering.
• Experience with Arista EOS, Cisco NX-OS, and firewall platforms like Palo Alto and Fortinet.
