Video Editor – Contract

Role and Responsibilities:

• Edit company product videos, client meeting recordings, and internal presentation content into polished, shareable final products.
• Create engaging short-form video content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, focusing on strong hooks and tight pacing.
• Handle core editing tasks including trimming, captioning, transitions, audio cleanup, and color correction to ensure professional quality.

Required Skills and Work Style:

• Must have strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools, with a clear eye for visual storytelling and pace.
• Must fluently integrate AI tools such as ElevenLabs for voiceovers and AI video generation into the editing process to enhance speed and output.
• Must work quickly without sacrificing quality, understand the strategic goal behind each video, and maintain responsive, low-friction communication for revisions.

Work Environment and Perks:

• This is a fully remote, contract position allowing work from anywhere, with required availability between 6pm and 12am PKT for team collaboration.
