Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our data team and help drive the insights behind Brightfield’s TDX platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with workforce data to uncover trends, solve problems, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to our customers. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on turning complex data into strategic business value. We’re looking for someone who brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a clear, thoughtful communication style. Comfortable working across tools like SQL, Excel, and Python (or R), and able to move easily between technical deep dives and customer-facing conversations. Perform data manipulation, querying, and in-depth analysis to uncover trends and insights that address customer challenges. Create and refine data visualizations to present findings clearly. Work closely with a portfolio of customers to understand their business needs and provide data-driven recommendations. Leading customer calls, presenting complex findings in a clear and actionable format. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Customer Success and Product, to identify and implement data-driven improvements. Share methodologies and insights within the team to foster a collaborative learning environment. Ensure data accuracy and completeness across datasets, adhering to established quality standards. Manage multiple projects, adjusting to shifting priorities as needed. Senior Analysts may additionally own technical areas such as ETL processes and conduct second reviews of client deliverables to maintain quality. Identify and automate manual processes to enhance data handling efficiency, improving both team productivity and data reliability. Stay current with emerging trends and tools in data analysis, sharing knowledge through internal training sessions and open office hours.
