ERP Operations Specialist

The ERP Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring users know how to take advantage of the Epicor and connected Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) supporting tools. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform and teach users best practices for existing and new functionality for the ERP platform as it is developed. The ERP Operations Specialist must be able to independently function within an agile environment, assist in supporting the ERP solution strategy, while providing corporate-level support. This role will require a person capable of a deep understanding of the complete ERP platform and how it is used by different users across the organization. This role should play an integral role in the awareness and function of all interfacing tools with the ERP system, while providing subject matter expertise to ensure they are properly used in a value-adding and highly efficient manner. This role will involve the creation and maintenance of a variety of documentation and knowledge bases around the complete ERP platform while also supporting end-user training and change management assistance.
