Principal IAM Engineer Consultant

What You Will Do:

• Develop engineering-level solution designs for CIAM initiatives, including architecture, integration patterns, data flows, and security controls.
• Coordinate technical delivery activities by managing dependencies, clarifying ownership, and resolving blockers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams, reinforcing secure coding practices and documentation standards.

Your Experience:

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering or identity engineering experience at a Senior, Lead, or Principal level.
• Deep hands-on expertise with CIAM platforms like Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, or Microsoft Entra External ID.
• Proven ability to influence architecture and engineering decisions across multiple delivery teams.
