Role Overview:
- Lead the design and architecture of identity and access management systems across human and non-human identities.
- Serve as the technical authority on identity security, lifecycle management, and zero-trust access patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure enterprise IAM solutions in Okta and Auth0, including custom policies and API-driven configuration.
- Implement identity lifecycle processes, access reviews, and least-privilege models.
- Partner with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to embed identity-first design into new systems.
What You Will Bring:
- Deep hands-on experience with Okta and Auth0, including authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM.
- Strong background in privileged access management, secrets management, and workload identity frameworks.
- Comfort mentoring engineers on identity best practices without formal management responsibility.
