Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide timely administrative support for a large company initiative. Key responsibilities include assisting the current Sales Coordinator with all aspects of project-related internal and external communication, and assisting in the creation of a communication strategy that includes distributor customers and all contract holders.
You will assist with drafting and proofing all communication-related content, which includes customer sales letters, customer presentations, contract-related notices, training-related content, and any other documents. You'll assist in the creation and distribution of any project-related content to internal partners/customers, partnering with project managers, the Legal Team, and the Sales Leadership Team for review, alignment, and approval of communication.
Flexibility is key, as you'll jump into other project teams as needed, assisting with both reactive and proactive communication with the internal sales team and customers/distributors to ensure seamless information flow. Conduct thorough testing of all project-related changes to external resources to guarantee smooth implementation, and collaborate closely with the Communications lead to coordinate the timing and messaging of project updates.
