Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Design lessons aligned to the IEB curriculum (Grades 10–12).
- Guide learners through the design process, including research, conceptual development, and final product creation.
- Support and manage PATs and portfolio development, ensuring compliance with IEB requirements.
Academic Management:
- Create and manage course content on the LMS (Canvas) in line with internal standards.
- Set, moderate, and mark assessments in accordance with academic policies and IEB guidelines.
- Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback to learners.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Track and report on learner progress and performance.
- Maintain consistent communication with learners and parents via approved platforms.
- Collaborate with Phase Heads and Subject Leads to ensure alignment and quality.
