Key Responsibilities:
- Own federal compliance frameworks: Lead creation and lifecycle management of controls, evidence requirements, and customer-facing content across FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, DFARS, and StateRAMP.
- Design automated compliance tests: Translate regulatory controls and infrastructure environments into functional tests with clear pass/fail conditions.
- Partner with Engineering: Collaborate on implementation and maintenance of automated detectors and versioned compliance logic.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of GRC experience with substantial hands-on federal compliance work.
- Deep knowledge of NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, OSCAL, and machine-readable compliance approaches.
- Strong technical skills including APIs, automation, and AI tools for GRC workflows.
