React Native Engineer

An engineer is needed to unlock our mobile development and make our cross-platform vision a reality. As a critical member of the team, you will enable us to ship a performant, delightful product across web and mobile. In this role, you'll: Build an incredible React Native component system from the ground up, working at the earliest stage of a startup as a member of an experienced team Translate product and design requirements into beautiful, performant, scalable interfaces that look and function with as high quality on mobile as they do on desktop Integrate mobile and desktop experiences seamlessly into native platform APIs while handling platform-specific edge cases Design and implement offline-first sync, GraphQL caching strategies, and optimistic updates for enterprise-scale data Work directly with our Head of Design and Experience Engineering who has deep design and frontend expertise - you bring the technical depth to complement design excellence. Collaborate heavily across product, design, and engineering throughout the product development process Work effectively in a fully remote environment with a mix of Zoom and asynchronous collaboration Continuously learn new technologies and take on diverse challenges with a "life-long learner" mindset Participate in the interview process for engineering candidates, helping us maintain our "A-team" standards
