Job Description
Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking a seasoned Program Manager of Credit & Debit Card Conversions to support a major card processor migration initiative for a large U.S. credit union. This consultant will oversee the full lifecycle of two processor conversions—a debit card conversion scheduled for March 2026 and a credit card conversion in June 2026. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in both debit and credit card processor conversions, deep understanding of card operations, and experience managing cross-functional workstreams through complex migration timelines.
Lead the end-to-end execution of debit and credit card processor conversions, ensuring alignment across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams. Guide the project through discovery, workflow mapping, planning, readiness, testing, and cutover weekends. You will be supporting command center operations and issue escalation during conversion weekends.
