Job Description
Develop and execute a community engagement strategy that aligns with Illumio’s mission and business objectives. Build and nurture an active community across social media, forums, and other digital platforms to strengthen brand trust and thought leadership. Engage with customers, partners, and security professionals to amplify their voices, share insights, and create valuable connections. Create compelling content (blog posts, videos, discussions, webinars, case studies) that educates and empowers community members. Monitor and analyze community feedback, sentiment, and engagement trends to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align community efforts with company initiatives. Host and facilitate events, webinars, and meetups that bring our cybersecurity community together for learning and collaboration. Champion our customers and partners, identifying advocates and amplifying their success stories through our platforms. Ensure a secure, inclusive, and respectful online environment that upholds Illumio’s core values of trust and integrity.
