AI Lead – Strategy & Implementation

We’re looking for an experienced and execution-driven AI Lead to own the strategy and end-to-end implementation of AI systems across our product stack. This role requires a mix of technical leadership, architectural foresight, and hands-on development experience in applied AI—especially with generative models, conversational interfaces, and intelligent system design. Key Responsibilities include designing and leading the development of AI-powered systems from concept to deployment, setting up infrastructure and tooling for scalable model development, guiding selection and integration of LLMs, and establishing best practices for prompt engineering. The AI Lead will also coordinate across engineering, product, and design teams and mentor a team of AI engineers. Staying current with AI/ML developments is essential.
